Information you provide. When you submit the “Request a quote” form, we collect:

• company or store name;
• your first and last name;
• email address and, if provided, phone number;
• the service you are interested in, shipment origin and destination, and estimated monthly volume;
• any details you include in the message field.

We also receive the information you send when you email us directly at info@basisecorp.com.

Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data needed to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse, such as IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested.

Cookies. The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

2. How we use your information

• to review your request, prepare a quote and contact you about it;
• to plan and provide logistics, warehousing and fulfillment services if you become a client;
• to respond to your questions and keep a record of our communication;
• to keep the Website secure and working properly;
• to comply with legal, tax, customs and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for automated decision-making.

By submitting the form, you agree to the processing of the information you provide for the purposes described above. If you contact us from another country, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. 6. How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep information for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by applicable law. We then delete or anonymize it.

The Website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to submitted information is limited to the team members who handle your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
